These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and contributors of content. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and costs are provided in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays after the carrier has taken possession of the shipment.

6. Returns and Refunds
Our full Return Policy governs all returns, exchanges and refunds, and forms part of these Terms. Please review it before making a purchase. The key terms are:

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided the item is unused, unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at info@montivofficial.com with your order number and reason for return; returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund, except where the return is due to our error (for example, a defective, damaged or incorrect item), in which case we cover all return shipping costs. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval; your bank or card issuer may need an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.

Certain items are non-returnable, including customized or personalized products, gift cards or store credit, items marked "Final Sale," perishable or sealed hygiene/beauty products with a broken seal, and hazardous materials. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be submitted to the competent court of the District Court of Midden-Nederland, location Lelystad, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in another forum.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
