Draft return policy for U.S. customers

30‑day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at info@montivofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non‑returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved cases).
  • Gift cards or store credit.
  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale.”
  • Perishable goods, beauty products or items with a hygiene seal if the seal has been broken.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order. Once your return is accepted, you’ll receive a refund for the returned item (see “Refunds” below).

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request photos or other evidence to process your claim.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that your bank or credit‑card company may take additional time to post the refund (usually 3–5 business days). If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@montivofficial.com.

Return shipping costs

We may deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). If you refuse delivery or fail to pick up your package, shipping charges are non‑refundable.
