Order processing
- We process orders Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 2 p.m. ET are processed on the next business day.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared before it is shipped.

Free shipping
U.S. orders over $50 (before tax and after any discounts) qualify for free standard shipping. This threshold may change during promotional periods; any changes will be clearly communicated on our website.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this link to follow the progress of your package. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@montivofficial.com.
Shipping delays and service interruptions
We make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, but delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, carrier disruptions or peak holiday volumes). We will notify you of any major service interruptions as soon as possible.
Lost or damaged shipments
Inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at info@montivofficial.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
